We hope you’ll join us! This will be our final afternoon retreat, until next fall.
Healing is a journey to wholeness, and wholeness can be ours to experience at any and every moment. When we are able to release ourselves from stories of the past, to let go of what should or might have been, and to be conscious and grateful in the present moment, we are whole. In these moments, we are healed.
Along life’s journey, many experiences and situations seem to take us away from the experience of wholeness. The practices of kundalini yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, can bring us home to our true, whole selves, by balancing the systems of the body, clearing the mind, and elevating the spirit.
Let’s gather for a light-hearted afternoon dedicated to healing and wholeness, to becoming completely present to ourselves and each other, and to experiencing Sat Nam in supportive community.
We’ll move, we’ll rest, we’ll chant and we’ll celebrate togetherness.
This afternoon retreat will include:
- Kundalini yoga and meditation
- 50-minute deep-releasing, multi-gong sound journey
- Community circle of healing meditations
- Yogi tea in relaxed community
