Kundalini yoga includes many practices that connect each of us with our unique rhythms, and help us to optimize and harmonize our systems for greater health and happiness.
 
It’s a wonderful way to experience a daily yoga practice. Even more wonderful when we practice in community. If you prefer to stay close to home, but would like the steadying companionship of a regular class in community, please join us! You are welcome to commit to a series of classes, or to drop in when you like.
 
Each class is an experience in conscious breath, movement and meditation, and will lead you to feeling more connected with and appreciative of your authentic self.

I wish you peace, contentment, and good health during these unusual times. 

Like you, I have navigated many states and emotions over the past year months.  Through them all – from lethargy to high energy, from sadness to gratitude – I have continued my daily practice of kundalini yoga and meditation.  It is the best way I know to soothe myself, to connect with my infinity, and to tend the flame of gratitude that guides the best of me forward.  It is the surest way I know to be with the totality of my human experience in acceptance and in grace.  And it is a wonderful way to keep body, mind and spirit feeling happy, healthy and whole.

How grateful I am to be sharing these practices with you!

Last April, I began teaching virtual classes from the Blue Heron Studio, where so many of you have shared your own divine vibrations during yoga classes, full moon gatherings, and new moon gong journeys over the last seven years.  What a pleasure it is to welcome students in this new way.  Using the online platform, Zoom, we now meet weekly for classes in kundalini yoga and meditation.  If you haven’t used Zoom before, don’t worry.  It’s simple to use, and brings us together in a new way.

Please let me know if you would like to drop in for a class, or to register to practice with us regularly.
