The time of the new moon is ideal for releasing the past and sowing seeds of intention for the cycle ahead.
The all-encompassing sounds of the symphonic and sound creation gongs will vibrate every aspect of your being, allowing you to release physical and emotional tensions and blocks, and to deeply relax.
The evening begins with breath exercise (pranayama) and kundalini yoga, which will prepare your nervous system for the sound journey ahead. During an extended deep relaxation (savasana), you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of the gongs. The class will end with a grounding meditation that leaves you relaxed, yet alert, as you head for home.
